  • Trade/profession type

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Chat conversations and estimate data you create
  • Images and videos you upload for estimate generation
  • Service usage metrics (features used, session duration)
  • Device information (browser type, operating system)

2.4 Customer Data

You may store information about your customers (names, contact information, project addresses) within the Service. This data is stored to enable estimate management and bid delivery features.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service

  • Authenticate your identity and secure your account
  • Send service-related communications (OTP codes, notifications)

4. Data Processing

Your project descriptions, images, and videos are processed by third-party services (Google) to generate estimates. This processing is performed in real-time and is necessary for the core functionality of the Service. We do not use your data to train machine learning models.

Your data is stored securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS):

  • User accounts: AWS Cognito (encrypted at rest)
  • Application data: AWS DynamoDB (encrypted at rest)
  • Files/media: AWS S3 (encrypted at rest)

All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: AWS (hosting), Google (data processing) - only as necessary to provide the Service
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. SMS / Text Messaging

The Service can send transactional text messages (SMS), such as estimate and bid links, job request notifications, and account alerts, to phone numbers provided to us with consent. By providing a phone number, you agree to receive these transactional messages. Message frequency varies based on your use of the Service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will not share or sell your mobile phone number, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
